Tour program
1 day:
Departure from Brno to Burgas, transfer to accommodation on Sunny Beach or in Sveti Vlas, 3-4 * hotels to 200 m from the beach.
Day 2
In the morning, a tour of the historic center of Nessebar , uniquely built on a peninsula connected by a bridge with the new Nessebar. The unique preservation of the original architecture and historical monuments contributed to the inclusion of Nessebar on the UNESCO list of monuments. A pleasant walk will take you to narrow streets full of ancient houses made of wood and stone, at every step we will be able to admire one of the stone temples, churches, amphitheater and other ancient, Byzantine and Roman monuments. The whole town lives a busy life full of pleasant sitting in cafes and restaurants with beautiful sea views. We also recommend a visit to the historical museum with examples of unique finds of weapons, vessels and jewelry from various historical periods.
In the evening departure for a visit to a typical Bulgarian village, where we will be able to get acquainted with Bulgarian folklore, dance, songs and the performance of a dancer on hot coals. Of course, there is also a rich Bulgarian dinner with drinks and unlimited consumption of Bulgarian wine. Return to the hotel before midnight.
Day 3:
Relaxation and fun will be brought by a yacht cruise on the sea with amazing swimming and lunch. In the morning we board and sail to Cape Emine. There will also be refreshments on board, including a typical seafood lunch: baked fish, potato and vegetable salad, fruit, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. During the cruise we will be able to admire the coast and try swimming from the boat on the high seas. In the afternoon return to Sunny Beach.
Day 4:
A full day trip with a cruise on the river Ropotamo , where we will see the beautiful nature. Around noon, arrival in Sozopol , a historic town built on a peninsula with lots of wooden and stone houses from the 19th century with typical upper floors extending into the street and pleasantly shading from the hot sun. In Sozopol, we can also go to a typical Bulgarian restaurant for lunch. In the afternoon departure to Burgas , free time for walking, shopping or visiting the museum in this center of the Black Sea coast. Return to the hotel in the evening.
Day 5:
After breakfast departure from the hotel and transfer to another of the centers of the Black Sea coast and the third largest Bulgarian city and the largest Bulgarian port, Varna . In addition to various streets and churches, the large Primorsky Park, founded by the Czech botanist Anton Novák according to the model of the Belvedere Parks, is worth a walk in Varna. The park is right by the sea and has a zoo, dolphinarium, maritime museum or aquarium. Together we will visit the local Dolphinarium with about an hour’s performance of dolphins. In the afternoon, personal time off for walks around Varna. Return to the hotel in the evening.
Day 6:
Free time to relax, swim and pleasant walks on the Sunny Beach with beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants with views of the sea and the old Nessebar, as well as many shops, cafes and restaurants with local specialities. Optionally, the possibility of a full-day Jeep safari trip or a trip to the Salt Lagoon. On the Jeep Safari trip, you will drive old jeeps along mountain roads, and you will also drive through fords several times. You will try shooting from an air rifle, you will go to the Stará Planina mountain range. You will visit a ranch in the typical Bulgarian village of Erkeč, where the pub will offer you a typical Bulgarian banice (pastry with Balkan cheese) and sour milk. You will visit the chapel of Konstanina and Helena with a spring of healing water. You will go to the transmitter overlooking the Sunny Beach. Lunch will be in a restaurant in Košarica, after lunch you will have the opportunity to taste homemade barrel brandy. Return to the hotel in the evening. An interesting trip Salt Lagoon will take you to the salt beach on the shores of Lake Atanasovo near Burgas, where you will be able to admire the salt water, clean air, black sand and try the healing mud on your own skin.
Day 7:
Free time to relax, swim and pleasant walks on the Sunny Beach with beautiful sandy beaches, restaurants with views of the sea and the old Nessebar, as well as many shops, cafes and restaurants with local specialties. Optionally, the possibility of a full-day Jeep safari trip or a trip to the Salt Lagoon. Day 8:
Transfer to the airport and departure to Brno.
