The Mangart Hotel is located at the entrance of Bovec, just 500 meters from the centre. Bovec is a small town and municipality in north-western Slovenia with a rich history. Among the historical events, Napoleon’s march through Predel and the World War I events are the most prominent, described by the famous writer Hemingway in his novel Farewell to Arms.
