Villa Chartreuse is located near to the towns Labin and Rabac in Eastern Istria. To the first beach (approximately 10 km far away), it takes about 15 minutes by car.
This charming villa will enable you to spend a relaxing and peaceful vacation in a picturesque Istrian village. Morevover, the villa features a private swimming pool with open panoramic view of the greenery and the Učka mountain range.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms equppied with TV and one bathroom in each room, a laundry room. There is also a seperate toilet. On the ground floor there is a large open space composing a living room with a fireplace, a sofa bed (160x200cm), SAT TV, DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic cooking utilities and a dining table for 6 people.
The outdoor area of the villa is also comfortably furnished and equipped. Guests may use a charcoal grill for cooking, sunbathe on sun lounge chairs by the swimming pool. There is also a covered terrace with a big dining table and an outdoor kitchen.
No one could be bored in this villa. For active entertaintment guests can play table tennis, mini golf, volleyball or basketball on a designated court. For young and restless children, a children’s playground with a tree house will be an ideal place to roam around. In addition, visitors have an option to rent bicycles and go on exploration of a rural area.
Pets are welcome.
Private parking is available.
